Delete account — Achalti
This page explains how to delete your Achalti account and associated data.
Delete in the app (immediate)
- Sign in with Google.
- Open Profile → scroll to Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Enter your account email to confirm.
- Confirm deletion — this cannot be undone.
Delete by email (alternative)
If you cannot access the app, email
gilad4591@gmail.com
from your account address. We process requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Profile, meal diary, custom foods, frequent meals, body measurements, activity and Health Connect data stored on our server, and the linked account record.
What is not deleted automatically
- Data in Health Connect on your device (managed by you in the Health Connect app).
- Server backups, if any — removed within backup retention, up to 30 days.
