מדיניות פרטיות — אכלתי (Achalti)

מדיניות זו חלה על האפליקציה אכלתי (Achalti) (Android, iOS ו-Web) ועל השירות בכתובת achalti.com.

מי אנחנו

האפליקציה מופעלת על ידי מפתח האפליקציה. לפניות בנושא פרטיות ומחיקת חשבון: gilad4591@gmail.com.

מה האפליקציה אוספת

• חשבון Google / Apple — שם, כתובת דוא״ל ותמונת פרופיל (אם קיימת) לצורך התחברות (OAuth / Sign in with Apple).
• נתונים שאתה מזין — פרופיל (גובה, משקל, גיל, מין, יעדים), ארוחות, מאכלים אישיים, פעילות גופנית, מדידות גוף.
• Health Connect (Android, אופציונלי) — רק אם תפעיל סנכרון ותאשר הרשאות: צעדים, קלוריות פעילות ואימונים (Exercise). לא נקראים נתונים רפואיים אחרים (לחץ דם, שינה, סוכר וכו׳).
• Apple Health / HealthKit (iOS, אופציונלי) — רק אם תפעיל סנכרון ותאשר הרשאות: צעדים, קלוריות פעילות ואימונים. לא נקראים נתונים רפואיים אחרים. האפליקציה לא כותבת נתונים ל-Apple Health, ואינה משתמשת בנתוני HealthKit לפרסום, שיווק, או מכירה לצד שלישי — בהתאם למדיניות אפל לגבי נתוני בריאות.
• תמונות תווית תזונה (אופציונלי) — אם תבחר לצלם/להעלות תווית, התמונה נשלחת לעיבוד זיהוי (Vision API) כדי למלא ערכים תזונתיים. התמונה לא נשמרת לצורכי פרסום.

שימוש בנתונים

• חישוב יעדי קלוריות ומאקרו, הצגת דשבורד יומי והיסטוריה.
• סנכרון פעילות מ-Health Connect (Android) או Apple Health (iOS) לחישוב שריפת קלוריות.
• שיפור חיפוש מאכלים (מאגר משותף למאכלים ציבוריים שהוגדרו על ידי מנהל).
• לא נמכרים נתונים לצד שלישי ולא מוצגות פרסומות באפליקציה. נתוני בריאות (HealthKit/Health Connect) אינם משמשים בשום מקרה לפרסום, שיווק, או ניתוח לצדדים שלישיים.
• אתר השיווק (דף הבית ודפי המדריכים ב-achalti.com) משתמש ב-Meta Pixel כדי למדוד את הביצועים של קמפיינים בפייסבוק ובאינסטגרם. הפיקסל נטען אך ורק בדפים השיווקיים — הוא אינו נטען כלל בתוך האפליקציה עצמה, ולכן אינו רואה יומן ארוחות, משקל, פעילות או כל נתון בריאות. הוא מכבד גם את הגדרת Do Not Track בדפדפן.
• לא נכתבים נתונים חזרה ל-Health Connect או ל-Apple Health.

אחסון ואבטחה

הנתונים נשמרים במסד MongoDB מרוחק (שרת מאובטח). ההתחברות מתבצעת באמצעות Google OAuth / Sign in with Apple ו-cookie session מוצפן. גיבוי ענן של נתוני האפליקציה במכשיר מושבת.

שיתוף עם צד שלישי

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — Meta Pixel, באתר השיווק בלבד, למדידת קמפיינים.
• Google — התחברות OAuth.
• Apple — Sign in with Apple.
• Google Health Connect — קריאת נתוני בריאות שאישרת (Android, במכשיר).
• Apple HealthKit — קריאת נתוני בריאות שאישרת (iOS, במכשיר).
• ספק Vision (OpenAI / Google Gemini) — רק כשאתה משתמש בזיהוי תווית מתמונה; נשלחת תמונה לצורך חילוץ ערכים תזונתיים.
• RevenueCat — ניהול מנויים ורכישות (iOS App Store / Google Play).
• אחסון ענן (Vercel / MongoDB Atlas) — אירוח האפליקציה והנתונים.

שמירת נתונים ומחיקה

הנתונים נשמרים כל עוד החשבון פעיל. ניתן למחוק את החשבון ישירות באפליקציה (פרופיל → הגדרות → מחיקת חשבון) או לבקש מחיקה בדוא״ל. פרטים מלאים: מחיקת חשבון. לפניות: gilad4591@gmail.com. המחיקה תבוצע מיידית באפליקציה או תוך זמן סביר בבקשה בדוא״ל (עד 30 יום).

ביטול הרשאות בריאות

Android: ניתן לבטל הרשאות בכל עת דרך אפליקציית Health Connect, או לכבות סנכרון בפרופיל האפליקציה.
iOS: הגדרות → בריאות → גישה לנתונים ומכשירים → אכלתי — בטל הרשאות, או כבה סנכרון בפרופיל. לאחר ביטול — האפליקציה לא תקרא עוד נתונים מהמכשיר.

ילדים

האפליקציה לא מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13.

Privacy Policy — Achalti

This policy applies to the Achalti app (Android, iOS and Web) and the service at achalti.com.

Who we are

The app is operated by the app developer. For privacy or account-deletion requests: gilad4591@gmail.com.

What the app collects

• Google / Apple account — name, email address, and profile picture (if available) for sign-in (OAuth / Sign in with Apple).
• Data you enter — profile (height, weight, age, sex, goals), meals, custom foods, exercise, body measurements.
• Health Connect (Android, optional) — only if you enable sync and grant permission: steps, active calories, and exercise. No other health data (blood pressure, sleep, glucose, etc.) is read.
• Apple Health / HealthKit (iOS, optional) — only if you enable sync and grant permission: steps, active calories, and exercise. No other health data is read. The app does not write data to Apple Health, and does not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or sale to third parties — consistent with Apple's health data policy.
• Nutrition label photos (optional) — if you choose to photograph/upload a label, the image is sent for recognition processing (Vision API) to populate nutrition values. The image is not retained for advertising purposes.

How we use data

• Calculating calorie/macro goals, showing your daily dashboard and history.
• Syncing activity from Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iOS) to calculate calorie burn.
• Improving food search (a shared database of public foods curated by an admin).
• Data is never sold to third parties and no ads are shown in the app. Health data (HealthKit/Health Connect) is never used for advertising, marketing, or shared for third-party analytics.
• The marketing site (the home page and guide pages on achalti.com) uses the Meta Pixel to measure how Facebook and Instagram campaigns perform. It loads only on those marketing pages — never inside the app itself — so it cannot see your food diary, weight, activity or any health data. It also honours the browser's Do Not Track setting.
• No data is written back to Health Connect or Apple Health.

Storage and security

Data is stored in a remote MongoDB database (secured server). Sign-in uses Google OAuth / Sign in with Apple with an encrypted session cookie. On-device cloud backup of app data is disabled.

Third-party sharing

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — Meta Pixel, on the marketing site only, for campaign measurement.
• Google — OAuth sign-in.
• Apple — Sign in with Apple.
• Google Health Connect — reads health data you authorized (Android, on-device).
• Apple HealthKit — reads health data you authorized (iOS, on-device).
• Vision provider (OpenAI / Google Gemini) — only when you use label recognition from a photo; the image is sent to extract nutrition values.
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management (iOS App Store / Google Play).
• Cloud hosting (Vercel / MongoDB Atlas) — hosts the app and its data.

Data retention and deletion

Data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account directly in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account) or request deletion by email. Full details: Delete account. Contact: gilad4591@gmail.com. Deletion happens immediately in-app, or within a reasonable time for email requests (up to 30 days).

Revoking health permissions

Android: revoke permissions anytime via the Health Connect app, or turn off sync in the app's profile.
iOS: Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Achalti — revoke access, or turn off sync in the app's profile. After revoking, the app will no longer read data from the device.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13.
