תנאי שימוש — אכלתי (Achalti)

תנאים אלו חלים על השימוש באפליקציית אכלתי (Achalti) (Android, iOS ו-Web) ובאתר achalti.com ("השירות"), המופעלים על ידי מפתח האפליקציה ("אנחנו"). שימוש בשירות מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלו.

1. תיאור השירות

אכלתי הוא כלי למעקב תזונתי — יומן ארוחות, חישוב יעדי קלוריות ומאקרו, וסנכרון פעילות גופנית אופציונלי מ-Health Connect (Android) או Apple Health (iOS).

2. חשבון משתמש

ההתחברות מתבצעת דרך חשבון Google או Apple. אתה אחראי לשמירה על אבטחת החשבון שלך ולפעילות המתבצעת דרכו. ניתן למחוק את החשבון בכל עת דרך פרופיל → הגדרות → מחיקת חשבון, או ראה מחיקת חשבון.

3. מנויים ותשלומים

• השירות כולל תוכן חינמי וכן מנוי בתשלום ("אכלתי Pro") המוצע במסלול חודשי או שנתי, לרוב עם תקופת ניסיון חינמית של 7 ימים למשתמשים חדשים.
• המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית במחיר המלא בסיום תקופת הניסיון/החיוב הנוכחית, אלא אם מבוטל לפחות 24 שעות לפני מועד החידוש.
• התשלום מתבצע ומנוהל דרך חשבון ה-App Store (Apple) או Google Play שלך, בהתאם למדיניות המנויים והחיוב של אותה חנות. ניתן לבטל בכל עת דרך הגדרות המנויים של App Store / Google Play — הביטול נכנס לתוקף בסוף מחזור החיוב הנוכחי ואינו כרוך בהחזר חלקי.
• מחירים עשויים להשתנות; שינוי מחיר לא יחול על מנוי פעיל ללא הודעה מוקדמת בהתאם למדיניות החנות הרלוונטית.

4. תוכן ואחריות בריאותית

המידע באפליקציה (חישובי קלוריות, המלצות, יעדים) הוא כללי ואינו מהווה ייעוץ רפואי, תזונתי או מקצועי אחר. יש להתייעץ עם איש מקצוע מוסמך לפני שינוי הרגלי תזונה או פעילות גופנית, במיוחד אם קיימת בעיה רפואית קיימת.

5. שימוש מותר

אין להשתמש בשירות למטרות בלתי חוקיות, לפגוע בפעילותו התקינה, לנסות לפרוץ אליו, או להעלות תוכן פוגעני/מטעה למאגר המאכלים המשותף.

6. קניין רוחני

כל הזכויות בשירות, בעיצובו ובקוד שלו שמורות למפתח. אינך רשאי להעתיק, להנדס לאחור או להפיץ את השירות ללא הרשאה בכתב.

7. הגבלת אחריות

השירות ניתן "כפי שהוא" (AS IS) ללא אחריות מכל סוג. איננו אחראים לנזק ישיר או עקיף הנובע משימוש באפליקציה, לרבות אך לא רק אי-דיוק בחישובי קלוריות/תזונה או תקלות סנכרון עם Health Connect / Apple Health.

8. שינויים בתנאים

אנו עשויים לעדכן תנאים אלו מעת לעת. עדכונים יפורסמו בדף זה עם תאריך עדכון.

Terms of Use — Achalti

These terms govern your use of the Achalti app (Android, iOS and Web) and the website at achalti.com (the "Service"), operated by the app developer ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Description of the Service

Achalti is a nutrition-tracking tool — a meal diary, calorie/macro goal calculations, and optional activity sync from Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iOS).

2. Your account

Sign-in is via a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through it. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account, or see Delete account.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• The Service includes free content as well as a paid subscription ("Achalti Pro"), offered monthly or annually, typically with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Your subscription renews automatically at full price at the end of the trial/billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Payment is processed and managed through your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account, subject to that store's subscription and billing policies. You can cancel anytime from your App Store / Google Play subscription settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not include a partial refund.
• Prices may change; a price change will not apply to an active subscription without advance notice, per the relevant store's policy.

4. Content and health disclaimer

Information in the app (calorie calculations, recommendations, goals) is general and does not constitute medical, nutritional, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing your diet or exercise habits, especially if you have an existing medical condition.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to breach it, or upload offensive/misleading content to the shared food database.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service, its design, and code belong to the developer. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Service without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to inaccuracies in calorie/nutrition calculations or sync issues with Health Connect / Apple Health.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
